Moisture & Breathability Advice
Traditional solid-wall properties manage moisture differently from modern cavity-wall homes. Inappropriate hard cement pointing can contribute to trapped moisture and masonry deterioration. We assess the pointing and explain where a breathable lime repair may be appropriate — and where the cause is likely to be elsewhere.
